She has served as a Chief Compliance Officer in managed care and has guided organizations through complex audits, policy implementation, and risk management.

Lauren holds a PhD in Public Policy & Administration, an MS in Organizational Leadership, and a Paralegal Certification. Her work is driven by a passion for equipping Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Look-Alikes, safety-net providers, and other mission-driven healthcare organizations with the tools and strategies they need to thrive while staying compliant.
