She has served in senior executive compliance leadership roles, including as a Chief Compliance Officer, and brings a practical, business-focused approach to compliance and organizational risk.

Lauren holds a PhD in Public Policy & Administration, an MS in Organizational Leadership, and a Paralegal Certification.
